Our goal is to create a culture of healing so emerging & established adults can become effective leaders.
We help leaders recognize the growing social and emotional needs of their students and their workforce and give them the evidence-based tools and training imperative to creating emotionally safe and productive environments.
Our programs are designed as experiential personal growth workshops intended to help high-achievers and those that are wired-differently to develop emotional agility, heal and resolve events from the past, challenge limiting beliefs, and open the doors to live a full and rewarding life.

A message from the founder
Why we need your help
American workers are experiencing levels of stress, anxiety, and depression like we have never seen – especially in the workplace. In 2020, SAMHSA’s (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) federal disaster helpline saw an 890% spike in call volume compared to a similar time in 2019.
Today’s leaders must be comfortable addressing and healing from their own personal trauma to be effective leaders for our current personnel and tomorrow’s workforce experiencing trauma and anxiety.
These mental health challenges we are seeing across our country are not isolated to adults. The US Surgeon General recently issued an advisory calling attention to rising cases of depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts among America’s youth.
Join us in helping other youth, adults, and leaders live emotionally healthy lives.
